The event has been incredible and I offer you my most sincere gratitude, though I just noticed Pioneer Christmas isn't available.
Is there a reason for this or was it just overlooked?

I was hoping to make some Christmas Presents since I have all nine wrapper colors! ;)

It's up now. We made some changes to automate how the quest list handles events, so on Fodra/Auldrant/Lumi, Pioneer Christmas is now under Ep2 One Person Mode > Solo Only.
 
I saw this banner a few days ago I thought it had been posted on here so I didn't bother.

I can't imagine this not being a Ultimate Present
