White draw distance glitch?

So for a while i've been dealing with this weird glitch where, once my character loads in, all the models beyond a certain distance just turn white (see above). If i had to guess it's something to do with the fog or draw distance? Either way it's really annoying.
 
Which Direct3D renderer are you using in the launcher's options? Have you tried any others?

Is this only in the lobby or all areas? Have you tried disabling some of the shaders in the options?

It's in all the areas. I use direct3D 12 (tried vulkan, but it crashes the game) and my shader setup is already pretty stripped back by default.

Did you try Direct3D 8 (the original before dgVoodoo); or the other options not 12 or Vulkan? Because both 12 and Vulkan have been notoriously picky on which specs they will work right on, if they work at all.

Since you say your shaders are default, if you haven't already can you have Anti-Aliasing and Anisotropic Filtering off and try each Direct3D API starting with 8? If some work go with whichever gives you the preferred look and performance and then start setting your AA and AF again; if none work please report back.
