What Games Are You Playing?

Got Shadow of Mordor on a Steam sale. It's never been so fun to be killed by Uruks.

I've been working my way through all of the Phantasy Star Online like games.

-Phanstay Star Online
--Episode 1 <- I'm here (Gov 4-3)
--Episode 2
--Episode 3
--Episode 4

-Phantasy Star Universe
--Offline Episode 1
--Phantasy Star Portable
--Offline Episode 2
--Episode 3 (Lost to time but watched on youtube)
--Phantasy Star Portable 2i Episode 1 <- I'm here
--Phantasy Star Portable 2i Episode 2

I’ll get to PSO2 I’m not feeling it like PSO or PSU.

Other then that Metroid Dread made me want to play all the Metroid games again. I broke out my 3DS and started on Zero Mission. But also started to play around with Primehack to play Metroid Prime trilogy with keyboard and mouse controls. If feels pretty damn good and installed a few mods to upscale the UI and add keyboard / mouse prompts.

Psobb
Ratchet and clank rift apart
Uncharted
Castlevania SOTN
Final fantasy vii,viii,ix,x
Dark souls , Demon souls

Melty blood type lumina, pretty fun so far but I wish they'd tone down the autocombos at least to UNICLR levels. Having to play around them sucks.

Replaying FF X and whew, interesting how as an adult you have different takes on characters & events. My first reaction to Seymour kissing Yuna was: "I'm pretty sure Yuna is a minor and he isn't" So I googled their ages and had so many questions.

-PSOBB
-Core Keeper
-Elden Ring
-(Tiny Tina's Wonderlands at the end of the month)!

Vermintide 2 (4 year anniversary)
Hollow Knight
Disgaea PC
Grim Dawn

Aside from PS/PSO/PSU... (I'm about to start with Phantasy Star II and Phantasy Star Universe.)

Forever and for always, Jupiter Hell and The Last Sovereign. The former is a classic roguelike, but DOOM, while the latter is a scathing parody of JRPGs and harem eroge and simultaneously the best possible example of both genres. (It is, needless to say, NSFW as hell.)

I've got an enormous backlog of games on Steam, GOG, and... my "emu farm". I just... bricked off Reverie Knights Tactics pretty hard because of the characters, but I'm planning on giving it another shot.

In less digital terms, I'm working on designing an old school "D&D in Spaaace" ttrpg using Phantasy Star as a major influence-- alongside a bunch of other space opera and space fantasy franchises.

Its been years since I've done any vrchat. Back then I was actually making customs myself and animating them (I don't actually have a VR set but I stood out that way, and it was fun to do), but I ran into the issue where my custom emotes in general-pose kept repeating for a minute long without me being able to stop, and I definitely know I wasn't the only one.
But since its literally been years it might've improved? I might actually give it a shot sometime again, arrange something and **** around with some friends.

Trying to play Titan Quest on Switch. Can't really recommend it after a few hours of playing. Grim Dawn seems so, so much better after trying Titan Quest. Tried out Hades last weekend and enjoyed the hell out of it. Got a few encounters past the 3 headed puppy with a very fun Shield of DOOM blessed by Ares. Dabbling in MH Rise on Switch as well. Oh yeah, I tried out TES II Daggerfall in Unity and its super fun! you can play it on Steam.

Those are indeed interesting titles Nyte.

I am playing Phantasy Star Online.
