Recently got an amp/dac mainly just to bypass the crappy laptop sound. Getting good headphones and a really good amp / dac is a road it's hard to resist going down ($$$), but I probably will. Revisiting some old cd's that were laying around with a dvd r/w drive connected to my laptop.
