Quick question - Quick answer

I tried changing my name at Lv18 or so and typed '/modname' into chat. I was told that my name couldn't be blank, obviously. So I tried again and wrote '/modname Sarity', but it told me that I already used my rename.

Am I out of luck and just stuck with my original name? It's no biggie if I am, just wondering if there was any recourse.

How much EIC should one stack for Falz 2? Are there breakpoints?

Where can I find the ID- weapon type rates?

e.g. Viridia + Best non-rare Shot-type weapon rate (11%)
- Worst non-rare Slicer-type weapon rate (1%)

If you want immunity, 75 EIC will prevent you from ever getting frozen as well as from dying (Freeze Barrier + 3 Resist/Blizzard). You can squeak by with 60 EIC, but you'll still get frozen sometimes. If your goal is to just never die, you should always have 0 EFR so that Rafoie knocks you down and thus can never kill you. If you're a class that gets enough HP to not fall down even with 0 EFR, then you should use Celestial Shield or Attribute Wall to get 30 EFR/EIC at the same time. Cure/Freeze is not very useful, since Rabarta can chain you to death regardless of whether you get frozen. EIC reduces both damage and the likelihood of getting frozen and is therefore the safer option.

Ives man thank you. That is just what i was looking for.

Is mod sec id still limited once per a char with just the under Lv20 limit temporarily lifted? Is it currently infinite, like I could take pinkal for test spin on my L91 Hunewearl and then change back to Sky?

It's infinite until sometime Monday, I believe there will be an announcement at least 12 hours before the lock.

Three Seals
Description: Drains 1 HP every 15 steps. Sometimes it will completely nullify an attack and restore a little bit of TP. It is reported that sometimes, this shield will give a boost to certain types of techs.

How accurate is this description? What techs does it boost? DOES IT ACTUALLY RESTORE TP?!

Boosts Razonde by 30% (reasoning: There are 40 something tech boosts in the PMT file, the 33rd one is Razonde 0.3) and it does nullify attacks every so often. Not sure on the rate, but when it happens you'll see some text come up that says "Nullify" and restores a little TP.

It only restores TP upon deflecting an attack, which is NOT the same as an evade (ie - "blocking" an attack)

Deflects have the same animation as a block/evade but it will be clear that it's a deflect and not just a regular evade. The TP restore is negligible, really.

Can I do the government quests to convert enemy parts in one-person mode?
Yep! I don't think you actually need to do the government quests either - I didn't, at least. I just did the side story missions leading up to Dr. Osto's Research.
