A-fucking-men. Hence why I boldly asserted we shouldn't have anything have rates above 1/28K.We literally have 1/28k drops from tollaws. Something you can get 35 of in less than 5 minutes and people think ANYTHING SUGGESTED AT ALL here is even remotely broken. Jesus christ anyone who thinks anything over 10k is gonna start dropping more than twice a month on average, is...not beneficial to this topic.
Worth bearing in mind the DAR when it comes to these drops. Eg Ul gibbon has dar of only 30% as opposed to dorphon which has 80%.
Well, you'd need a good amount of dar for ul gibbons to drop consistently but yeah, hbr would increase the rate for sure.That would make any HBR with Ul Gibbons a "Lame-fest", if I understand correctly?

Math: 0.12207% = 1/820
More math: (1/820)*0.8 = 1/1025
The drop rates include DAR.
Enemy having low DAR only makes HBR broken.

This is not unprecedented. These are the terms I put for a drop chart change and it won with over 75% majority (which was the threshold we decided we should go from, much like other vanilla/oldschool servers of games).I agree that DLS should stay in Ep4. Then again I was never for removing the V501 or V502 units either. These are distinctly episode 4 items and it doesn't really make sense to cripple ep 4 just so people "have" to play ep 2. I thought the whole point was just making EP2 not suck less for drops? The journey for balancing is a big aggressive. Please stop the ep 4 nerfs. (That being said I like a lot of the ideas in this topic other than these!)
That's a lot of decent/good exclusive items to Episode 4, whereas Episode 1/2 don't get anywhere near that many interesting items, and what ends up happening is people just play Episode 4 all day, every day, because it's so rewarding for the effort put into it.
