Can anyone confirm this and/or does anyone know of another emulator that CAN run it? it'd be nice to have a way to play phantasy star without having to sit outside at night using free wifi that all those pokemon go kids flock to...
 
there, that's the standalone expansion, it's even better. It's for pc but it has more stuff than the original :)

Ok, CTB, if you didn't get to read that, it's because the link was taken away. I guess we're not supposed to post links? But, that site is safe and very famous among modders. You'll want to go to the iso zone and look for phantasy star universe ambition of illuminous and download that.

Gotta avoid dat lawsuit, also in what way/ways is psu better than psp?
