Not to be outdone by the recent 90% hit Arrest Gladius, PSO continues to give me useless junk whenever I get one of those "once every several months" %s to drop.
This dropped in the fire pathway room of WOL5, which looks cool, but is functionally one of my least favorite rooms - in one of my least favorite quests - in the game. Very fitting!
