The two techs are worth 1 pd each. The God's Shield "Seiryu" is maaayybbbe worth a pd if you find someone who needs it, but that's not likely since it's pretty easy to get. Unfortunately the rest is not really worth anything other than turning into teampoints.

Also, I noticed a lot of the stats for the weapons are not teched up 10%. did you know that when you tech a weapon, it has a range of +-10% from the original stats? If you get something good, first check the stats on the weapon in your inventory, Then tech it. When the techer askes you if you believe him, check the stats and see if they are 10% higher than they where in your inventory. If it is 10% higher, say you do believe him and take the weapon. If it is not 10% higher, say you don't believe him and try again. this way you can keep trying until you get 10% higher stats.

I doubt anyone would pay more than the TP value. Maybe 1-2 pd for everything?

Anyone selling 29 techs 1:1 is just profiteering - loads of shops go at 3:1.
