They are a new drop from this event, I have not personally seen anyone find one yet. Currently, they are 50 gold in the Anni shop to buy so since golds are 1:1 because of PS, that pretty much sets it at 50pds.

Correct, however the price of a Photon Filter in the Gold Badge shop is only 35 Badges, which would put the Filter at around 35 PDs.

Yes, but you can no longer acquire gold badges until the next event. The gold badge supply is static until next year.

I think 30-35 is fair, event or not, on the account that its easier to acquire than some 45-50pd drops. It has decent rates in most multi-area'd quests
