Dual Bird would only be 0'd since both parts come from BPD.

as for pricing, LS is like 8-ish and MR is probably close to the same. 14-18 for a dual bird seems pretty fair.

Charge mechs of some variation with hit, and Last Swan are both good guns for hucaseal. Charge mechs do more damage, but Last Swan has better range and handgun animation. I carry and use both.

Charge vulcans go for 0-1 pd if the hit is 50 or less.
