Id say north of 140pd. It already has decent starting % for sphering and its at the min requirement for people to really want it. If i swapped to this id save 200pd or so in fully sphering vs my current low % 75hits.

Ive had offers semi recently on my 75h for around 180 to 200pd. People care about that 5h but ppl that dont want to sphere as much this is a much better starting point.

Meris ignore percents, as do Gibbles and Gi Gue.

also 5h difference. thats why i said 50 instead of say 35
idk maybe bump it up to 60ish but anything beyond that seems unlikely to sell

AB/D is not better on a DF. I apologize for sounding harsh, but please, if you don't even know that Meris, Gi Gue and Gibbles ignore %s, refrain from posting prices for an item as valuable as this. 50? 60? This is wrong on so many levels.

Dab an Arch give good estimates. 150+ is what I'd say.
