I believe the stats are around 0/45/0/40/55. What do you all think?

As someome who just got a 0h holy ray for his huney: DAYUM.

Time to hold an auction if you want to sell. Compendium lists 40h as being 30pd, so definitely start bidding higher than that and adjust if nobody bites.

I sold a 45h for ~45 a while back. Maybe this could get around a stack?

I'd value it less than a stack because who wants a non-android paralyzing stuff lul (unless you're soloing of course).

Compared to a 60h arrest handgun you'll rarely find yourself trying to paralyze (dorphons for example) at max rifle range. Sure having the high amount of ata helps but since you're not an android the activation isn't 100%. You could always get your hp to 721+ to trigger mag invincibility.

I would keep it if you already have a high level HUmar or HUnewearl.

Np. Scotty is right about arrest being so much worse in the hands of fleshies. That being said, there are a few situations where I could see myself using this on my Fonewm/huney.. Girtas/Dorphons and maybe some hard attacks at rifle range..
