PC> 20hit Lame

20h is too low imo and a wasted stat, especially since Proof of sword saint exists. Native+dark or native+abeast would be better at the end game fully sphered. I might go around 40pd.

Too low for hunter. Okay for ranger.
 
Hit lame's are so rare it's actual worth is basically down to buyer/seller discretion.
I.E. It's worth whatever someone is willing to pay. There's certainly no 'set price'.
