"Easier to sphere" makes no sense, it's still less to have 5% more.

50% would be 99+20+20+20+20 = 179 PDs.
45% would be 99+20+20+20+20+20 = 199 PDs.
40% would be 99+99 = 198 PDs (basically the same, although you can buy spheres for less than 99 from other players)
