Non restricted mag cells

I know you've probably seen my thread in suggestions, but figured I would still post it here and see what you guys think.

I was disappointed to find that the Elenor mag cell that we received from the summer event was cast only. After expressing this on in the forums, I was told that the angel wings and devil wings are restricted to humans and newmans.

I understand that the angel/devil wings were restricted on the Sega servers, but the Elenor mag wasn't even obtainable. I think just to make it fair for everyone, restrictions on these 3 mags should be removed. To my knowledge these mags do not have unique activations, so you can get the same activations from normal mags that are already available to everyone. This means that making this change would not impact gameplay/balancing, and just be purely cosmetic.

Personally I support this one and will do it sometime in the future.

No ETA though, just... sometime. Not going to go to community discussion because I feel there isn't really anything to discuss.

Don't worry about the ETA. I agree this is not even close to priority.
