name change and sec id

I just changed my name on my Ramarl. Now its saying I cant change my sec id. Can someone explain why its not allowing me?
 
I changed my name @lvl31 now its saying my level is to high to change my sec id. Would it not be working because the name change, changes sec id for you?
 
did your id change when you changed your name? you may have to log out and back in to check.
 
It did, he's asking why can't he change his ID with /modsecid.

For some reason /modname is able to be used at any level now (although still only once), even though it's not supposed to. Unfortunately this changes your ID as well if you didn't use /modsecid before.

So since it switch during the name change, Can I not use modsecid now?

He's level 31 though.. /modsecid is only for characters below level 20 right?
 
Yes, that's exactly what I'm saying. He's not supposed to be able to change his name past 20, but he was able to (which changed his ID), and now he can't get his old ID back because modsecid is for under 20.
