i just downloaded and started a game. i used to play years ago on my gamecube. i cannot seem to bring up the options menu during gameplay. can anyone help me out?

I believe the default settings give you a notification, which includes a red icon up top and an email it sends you. If that's not the default for you, you can change it in your account settings.

Click on your profile picture, then go to alert settings.
