Episode 2 Item Ticked disconnect bug

The game disconnects when i want to trade my event ticket in Ep2 shop quest.
Traded 10 silver badges for the event ticket for ep2 so i can get the heart of angel.
But when i want to trade it at the counter, the game automaticly loses connection.
This keeps happening, tried over 10 times.............Help

PRETTY WEIRD.

Try depositing the Item Ticket into your bank and then withdrawing it then trying again.

Not sure if this will fix it, but LMK.

ALSO, MAKE SURE YOUR INVENTORY HAS A FREE SLOT. Don't try to do this with 30/30 inventory. Maybe even have 28/30.

it worked ok after i indeed placed it in the bank and retreived it after.

I wonder if there is some junk data being attached to the item when it's generated in the quest. Will have to take a peek at that.

Just got the same bug today on Fodra Block 3
repeated twice

All the ships run the same code, was just a coinkydink that it worked on Lumireis.

I still haven't had time to look into this, but I believe the bug is probably erroneous data in the actual item data that I need to sanitize. That data is probably being generated during the actual rewarding of the ticket, but yeah... haven't looked at it yet, sorry! (I should easily be able to write something that automatically sanitizes the item on login. I mean, I can probably just do it without even looking at the reward, but I'd also rather fix the reward problem first.)
