Needs Magic Rock Heart Key which costs 50 pds from Paganini in Gallon's Shop.
 
So, is there any disadvantage in holding our badges until the end of the event to see what else appears? I hate to spend them and then another NPC appears with more options. The previous earned NPCs dont leave until the end of the event, right?

There shouldn't be any problem with holding onto the badges until the end of the event. Also, there aren't any plans to remove the NPCs even AFTER the event. There will just no longer be any badges dropped or awarded.

"Item Present" quest, allows you to exchange for most holiday items (Easter egg items, Christmas mag cells, etc.) along with some exclusive toys (like Daisy Chain).
 
How different are the badge drop rates for very hard compared to ultimate? I am wondering because some of the max attack quests are a tad difficult for me and I don't always want to wait around to get carried.
 
Play as a FO, people don't mind carrying u as long as u zalure everything and shifta/deband the team. Jellen to keep u/other low levels alive. Resta/anti support can be liked as well

mild Freeze support for mobs, zu wrangling with long lasting gifoie, and stun locking certain very dangerous foes are other very good uses as well. Packing a good hell handgun in ep2 (because lol megid), freeze handguns now, and a arrest raygun/holy ray with hit, and demon sniping fools with bringer's arm are other good support options as well.

Make them 50H and I'll buy both. I always wanted a hit golf club.

Yeah, that slipped through the cracks. We haven't had a chance to update it yet, but it's not hurting anything to leave them there until we do.
