PM me your Guild Card number or character name and time of present open and I'll take a look. You likely got Coal, a PD, or a material that was already in your inventory and didn't notice the change in the stack.

If you use a present, it could also take a couple seconds for the item to show up in your inventory due to lag. So that might make it more difficult to notice.
