Well I've received a few offers so far. Mostly PDs.

Someone argued that it would be best to trade it for an equally OP FOmar weapon instead of selling it for PDs.
However if I end up auctioning it, is 275 pds a good starting point?

Just auction it and whatever happens, happens.

If a bunch of people bid like 50 PDs and you get no real offers just close it and auction again later. Someone who wants it will pay good for it.
 
I'd probably throw some wants up too to keep from just auctioning stuff after or just sitting on pds. If you're maining fomar you could look out for a 30+ hit slicer of fanatic, 30h asteron belt, 40+ hit dob, hit excal, 55+ cvulcs etc. Maybe a hell j cutter if you like ep 2.
