This is a font, based on Liberation Sans Bold, in which characters have been substituted to be compatible with Cyrillic text.
The game doesn't really support Cyrillic, and attempts to type it result in garbled text (it reads it as if it used Windows-1252 instead of Windows-1251, even on systems where Windows-1251 should be preferred). This font is edited to forcibly substitute appropriate Cyrillic characters as a workaround, meaning you can read Cyrillic text, but instead Latin diacritics are broken.
Installation: install it as a regular font and set the UI font to "LibPSO" in the "Options -> More" dialog.
Warning: the "×" marker indicating the number of items will be displayed as the letter "Ч" instead, as it is one of the Windows-1252 characters that needed to be replaced.
