Which Anti-Aliasing setting to use?

Which anti-aliasing setting is recommended for a good balance between quality and performance?

I have an i5-9600k@4.7ghz and a Geforce 1660Ti. 16gb memory. 1080p screen.

Balanced would be SMAA. Though I think even with a 1660 Ti, you could probably rock SSAA 2x.
