I imagine the skins will just 'work' as long the base game itself can run. All you do is put them into their appropriate location in the EphineaPSO/data directory. Are you asking about the Lua mods that show drops on the floor, monster HP, etc? If so, you need to make sure your wine configuration is loading the dinput8.dll from inside EphineaPSO directory.
