Hello!
As per normal starting this off everything I'll say about this is subjective.
Prices change, auctions are interested based, people hand stuff out for free.

Less of a guide to set stuff up. Mainly a guide to help people sell stuff.

I'll be using my trade list, and experiences as reference of playing for around 2 years+ on the server now.
Price guide, character info guides, mag guides, use search bars! Just use the wiki, Information is power.
<https://wiki.pioneer2.net/w/Price_guide>
<https://wiki.pioneer2.net/w/Mags>
<https://wiki.pioneer2.net/w/Classes>
Plus, I happen to watch the trade a bit too much lol.

First biggest question I am sure everyone asks is why my stuff doesn't sell?
Supple, demand, meta, niche, collectors value, meme value.
Who are you trying to sell too? Price high or low? Do you have a good standing with people on the server?
There are many reasons that can affect this.
Longer you play you'll learn more effective ways to sell stuff.

Example
Older players will know meta stuff has more value meaning
<https://wiki.pioneer2.net/w/Classes>
^ at the top of every class is a strategy guide
All of the weapons even at 0 hit can be at least 1 PD value if not given out for free, not mega rare weapons.
If it has hit a lot more value and demand price increase simple.
But doesn't mean it'll sell quick you still have to find a buyer.
So, it's you try to go for bare minimum.
Auction it which interest is heavily based.
Set at a higher but reasonable price and sit on till someone does buy it.
My trade list below is to give you an idea of high and low stuff a lot of stuff sits around.
Others don't move at all without price reduction, some stuff sells even at higher prices.
<https://www.pioneer2.net/community/threads/hells-kitchen.23923/>

Now being said a lot of stuff has no value, or limited value, unless.....
let's take a random weapon and armor.
Weapon will be....
L&K14 Combat
it's a common mechgun rare you'll find even why LVLing
It has higher ATP and ATA than Vise M&A60 and Charge/Berserk Vulcans.
Which are both meta best pick weapons.
L&K14 Combat 55 below you'll be lucky to get able to get 1 PD for it.
L&K14 Combat with 65-70+ Hit, you can start to HHH (Hard,Hard,Hard)
Which is just more damage overall assuming you don't use berserk/charge, or you don't like to miss.
So, value increases and even 100 hit one collectors go crazy for like 100 PDs+ in auctions if enough interest of course.
Armor will be....
Thirteen
Now one of two best hunter armors, most commonly used one.
Low stats often 1 PD or given away for free.
Higher stat PG even says can go for 3-10 extra.
Will it sell maybe? if that person likes hunter enough. So, your demand for it.
I've bought many with like 8 def and 7 evp for like 1-2 PDs often, just sitting around on trade list.
Do they really make a difference? Not really, worth it, probably not?
Max stats go for 20+. I got one for 20, I've seen them go for more, a bit less.
Auctions and just sold outright.

Mag feeding
Should you do it to sell? Yes and No.
Yes, if you have free time, good at multitasking playing other games, and or a job at the computer.
No, you'll find PDs faster than you can make the mags.
I make often like 9 mags at once.
I popularized 15/0/0/185 Rappys for tech spam use.
use to have often 20+ in stock easy to sell also.
Overall cheaper to make cell mags than non-celled mags reason I make more of them.
Are mags worth it to make?
Not really, sure if you're doing nothing else, but you still have to find buyers, prices don't matter.
Mags use to be 3 PDs as a base whenever scripts were a thing.
Now often they are 5 as a base, at least I sell them 5 as a base.
If you have any decent farm or you just farm for any weapon for hit.
you'll often make as much PDs as the mag is worth in the time frame of making them.
If I spend all day could make them roughly 1-4 days sure but that's doing nothing else, depends on the mag.
Otherwise, mags often take a week+, not counting work, and other stuff, and how much you play.
Plus, pure stats mags like rappys, even the non-celled take way longer than other mags too make in time frame still go for cheap.
Also, if too many people sell mags just kills any value in them fighting for PDs from mags is the dumbest thing to do.
So, you have to make wanted mags, but also less used. You have to be smart about it otherwise its slow selling.

So, the takeaway from this all of this?
Good to have cheap fodder on your list.
unless you can't stand doing 1 PD trades.
Learn what is commonly used, otherwise often just team point it.
Some stuff won't even sell without hit.
20+ year old game you have to use the information that is given to you.
If sits around to long lower the price or give it away for free.
Make new friends, teach new players.
You're playing a niche game, on a private server.
You have a limited numbers of people to buy/sell from.
The trading over here is the healthiest among other games I play.
WoW, D2R, OSRS, MTG
Although I will say a lot of stuff is a lot of dead value and better left on the ground or team points.
But updates can change that aka plating, filters so on

PS.
Clean up your trade lists make them neater
I shouldn't have to used ctrl F, or a search bar to find something.
I should be able to find something in one scroll.
Even this is super unclean for me lol, but I am too lazy tonight lol
If someone wants something throw it in their face
if it has more value, or demand put it in other spots
Highlight you have big value in their face soon as they open it, or you post your list.
I only post my list often 1-2 times a day it's more than enough
people will find their way to you in some form.

PS. PS.
Price guide is a guide
You can't follow it to a T, you have too also use the search bar.
Can't find info on whatever you're trying to sell ask in trade.
Auctions you cannot fully base pricing off an item off that.
Just because someone got 100 for that item, doesn't mean the next many players is also willing to pay that for it.
I get tired of seeing people trying to solely base prices on this.
Please don't update price guide based on this also.
No one is willing to pay the price the item based off one auction outright.
Auction pricing is only be used only auction pricing.
You have to hope you can make that much
You have to use both Price guide, search bar, auctions to come up with a good price.
Assuming the item is worth it.
A lot of people don't even like auctions I don't even blame them lol.

PS. PS. PS.
I am going to add more stuff change up formatting, to this in the future.
I am super lazy almost didn't do this tonight.
Took me like a year or telling myself to do this lol.
Well as long as I can stop being lazy again lol.
