After the update today, I'm having this issue where i equip a unit and a banner pops up saying i need to switch blocks to fix my data synchronization. is anyone else having this issue?

No, looks like you're the only who had it recently. If switching blocks/ships doesn't solve it, try staying logged out for 15+ minutes in case the server is still keeping your character data in memory.
