I've never played a FO before so that's what im rockin for the season. How do you guys get your techs? old school full clears or running quests like ep4 max attack C? I'm in a rut where i can't really progress further without getting techs which i'm kinda lacking lol.
 
Ruin, Seabed and Desert drop the highest-level tech discs iirc. Desert would be the best for the job after all because it gives you the most monsters (and the most EXPs). On other servers I repeated War of Limits 4 (Desert) to hunt techs because of its "relaxed" pace, decent pyro goran spawns, and girta/goran detonator spawns at the end. (They tend to have meaningful drops, you know)

Tools Shop, PW3 box runs, playing in Ruins/Seabed/Desert, and trading for high level techniques from other players.
