Sorry for the short notice on this, but there was a maintenance that just completed to fix a bug.
The badge shuffle time was also changed to 1300 UTC. The badges will continue reset every 24 hours, but 1300 UTC is the new reset time.
Because of this maintenance, all badges were immediately shuffled.
Apologies for the disruption but hopefully this reset time will be a bit more fair for this event compared to previous years.
June 26th Edit: Fixed the time after the following badge shuffle time change.
