Also selling a 0 hit sof, glide divine, and holy ray with 0 hit each for a pd in general.

There should be a shop reader ui addon that alerts you if it sees a 50h charge vulcan/arms/raygun
50h gush raygun
50h demon's raygun
etc.

well level 3-4 stuff isn't in shop. So you don't see arrest, demon's, hell, spirit, or zerk.

From what I've heard before, the shop doesn't generate items until you talk to them so i don't think that's possible.

It could read them once you talk to the guy; just dialogue window open/shut when you go to sell junk anyway. Easier than scanning through the list each time while staring at the hit% column.
