Random crashes

I’ve been getting random crashes while playing. All saying I’ve been disconnected from the server or that something desynced/equip an item. It’s not an internet problem bc it’s happened on pc and steam (multiple internet sources). Used to be just loading into Ep 4 but now in TTF. Sometimes I can go an hour or 5 seconds before it gives me the error. Haven’t changed any in game settings or PC settings. Have not added any addons since downloading a year ago. Happened since post Halloween update. If it happens again I’ll try and post a picture on this forum. Not really tech savvy
 
What's your GC #? When do the desync messages occur? Is it when you try selling an item? If so, which item?

Are you changing ships/blocks when the desync message appears?
 
It occurs just after loading into a quest/area or in the middle of a quest. Never had an issue when selling items. I only play Fonda block 1 and never change ship. Not sure what GC#??? If you asking for the error message I’ll have to take a pic next time it happens.
 
Your GC# is related to your account. You can find it though Menu>Chat>Guild Card>My Card, it will be the number that shows under your character name starting with 420 or 421.
