PSU style gold bars (ie: hold more than 999,999 meseta)

Another brilliant suggestion from my glorious mind: implement 'gold bars', an item that can be purchased from an NPC for 999,999 meseta. Make the gold bar stackable. This would add new ways for players to trade or house more meseta for charge/vajaya usage.

We're actually going to raise the bank limit to 999,999,999 meseta, although the character cap will not be changed as Vjaya would be very dumb if you were rich.

I would say it'd probably be worth making the bars anyway, but a PD is worth less than 999,999 meseta so it wouldn't really change much I'd say.
