I came upon the PSO Premium soundtrack on Youtube.
These are alternate versions of twelve songs. I converted my favorite two that are used more often mp3 to ogg files, and made the volume pretty close to standard volume. Drag and drop these into the ogg folder.
Edit: Both of the new files are now looping as intended. The volume is louder than what it will be in game so i'd recommend turning down the master or Google Chrome volume before clicking the files. The LABO file was having volume glitches so I had to put a compressor on it and upload it again.
