We'll start the bidding at 20 PDs. I think it's worth at least this much because hitless lame is very viable for HUs since they can use POSS to boost ATA, and RAmars / RAmarls have plenty of ATA to begin with. Native is by far the most useful %, and having 45 already saves the cost of 1.5 spheres.
