The only alternative to gi boosting tech is Magic Piece, which is 50 pds to set up or 10 gold badges. But you can make Magic piece from any common wand so it doesn't do much to help this things value cause people don't really mind waiting for the better Magic piece and sometimes people are willing to sell them for somewhat cheap.

I would think more 3-5 given you could just ele wand for a higher boost but people value psycho at 300+ so who knows
