PC>Magical Piece

It seems like not many of them still seem to be around from the event back then. Magical Piece is created with "Magic Rock Heart Key" which you can only buy from Paganini for 50 PDs.
 
Id say 25-30. I still have 1 heart key available for 26.

If you are lucky you can get your hands on 10 gold badges, but those are pretty rare.
