Pay a fee to change mag color.

Hey! A lot of us like to color coordinate and play dress up. Allowing us to pay a small fee (1-5PD?) in order to change our mag's color would be amazing.

People who specifically worked on making mags of different colors might get upset, but it would ultimately be a quality of life change that makes the community happy.

I'm not sure how it would be implemented, but I doubt this change would impede on the vanilla-ness of the server at all.

I like the idea although not sure how to implement it myself. I can't do it myself through quests since quests can't create mags properly, it would need @Sodaboy to do something I believe.
