Old mod request

A long while back there was a mod that removed all particle effects named "IBOUGHTMYPCATWALMART.rar."
I believe not long after someone made a mod based on it that reduced, but not removed, a lot of the game's particle effects for performance purposes.

A friend of mine is running Blue Burst on some toaster laptop and is struggling even on low settings. Has anyone out there managed to keep a hold of the mod? I can't find it.

If you're trying to find one that only reduces it, you could try searching the rest of the site I linked as I don't know about such mod.
