Monsters that end up out of bounds

Very annoying that we can kill monsters that are out of bounds such as zu's and canabin's that are out of bounds and get no drop from it... I can somewhat understand when you are soloing that you can wait for the monster to come back into an area that will be in bounds so it can drop an item(even though that is still annoying) but when you are partying up and not the host, its hard sometimes to communicate with the host to see if the monster is in bounds on his/her screen.... just all around been a problem from the beginning.. so many lost items over the years from this issue.

Any way we can get drops somehow from these situations?
