Missing Mag - SATO

So i was given a mag to borrow on the 11/02/2017 and on the 13/02/17 i logged in to find the sato mag is no longer on my character inanis can you tell me why its missing.

I am not the only one to be missing items. as some one else had another item in there back and that was found to be missing after i said my sato was missing

Nope, sorry. Hope you locate it! Check all your characters and your common bank. If you can't locate it, sorry, nothing we can do. Items don't usually just disappear out of thin air. You may have accidentally dropped it or something. If so, that's very unfortunate!
