The following changes were made to the game:
- Badges no longer drop as the Scavenger event comes to an end!
The shop will remain up for an additional 24 hours until it's magnificent return next year.
- Team item sending has been enabled again.
- Soft locking from accessing the bank too quickly should be resolved.
- The military NPC in Gallon's Shop has been modified to exchange 99 Photon Drops into 1 Photon Hoard (New Item). He can also exchange 1 Photon Hoard for 99 Photon Drops. (Should make trading easier when an item is sold for hundreds of PDs.)
Currently the NPC is speaking English in the Japanese version of the quest, but that will be rectified soon-ish, thanks to @emoticon
