Launcher not Launching the game

[Rectifier]

So... I play(d) on a rog ally wich worked fine for months until recent game update.
Now everytime I open the Launcher, it downloads the Update. everytime.
When I click on Start Game, the Launcher closes. thats it. no game launching.
I tried reinstalling, different game data paths and a couple of other things. No idea, any suggestions?

Q. I’m having trouble running the game. The game doesn’t launch or opens and immediately closes.

A. If you’re unable to launch the game or have some issues, try whitelisting the entire installation folder in your anti-virus program.

If your anti-virus program has deleted the executables for online, option or PsoBB, try disabling it and extracting the archive again
