Item Drop Information?

Hi Guys

I seen a Video with people playing on YouTube with an item information text for the potential drop in the enemy health box

How do I enable the Item Drop text within the Enimies hit box please, picture for reference. tx

I'm on page 3 of the options and I can't see that option?

Have you Registered, loaded the game and logged in, as this seems to only appear once this is done?

Launcher is updated by the in game patch server. (Due to not being able to write to online.exe while it is running.)

So be sure you’ve patched in game as well.
