Halloween Cookie

Halloween cookie is an item you can use at any time; they have halloween quests up for Caves/Ruins/Seabed/Crater the year round which requires the cookie as payment to enter. These quests will give you 200% In Drop Anything Rate / Rare Drop Rate / Experience and Rare enemy Rate whilst playing them so they can be really nice for levelling/hunting items. The cookies are currently dropping because of halloween so you can also save them for after Halloween to either use or sell to others.

Could not find ruins though... did they forget?

Sorry for the mistake, this has been addressed on all ships. The "Hollow Battlefield: Caves" and "Hollow Battlefield: Ruins" quests are now visible in Episode 1.
