Episode 4 materials seem wrong?

Based on this guide: https://www.pioneer2.net/community/threads/material-hunting-guide.5237/

Episode 4 materials don't seem to be mirroring episode 1 anymore (I'm finding pow/mind/evade/hp all in the same area). It doesn't seem to be mirroring ep2 either though (luck is not common/not dropping at all).

Anyone else notice something is up?

They're not wrong, they're just not as I expected.

We don't actually know how things dropped on SEGA, so things are just as they are.

I'm pretty sure they were mirroring episode 1 during the big WoL HBR though... Like 99% sure.

Regardless, any chance of getting the episode 4 numbers if it's not actually a bug?
