I've never had anything I was actually looking for drop for me. I've either found stuff while running pubs with random people or finally saved up enough pds to buy it.

Edit: I lied, i did have my fist ever Tor drop a 25hit frozen shooter. But that is literally the only drop for me in my several years of playing pso. (Only been on this server about a month though)

Nearly everything I own is from planned hunts. Granted, I have had both planned hunts go extremely well (target item dropping early) and things I wasn't exactly running for at the time drop too.

In the end, it's all law of averages, but I still get a little salty when something takes more than twice its drop rate to drop. Especially when it's holding me up from doing other things.

Anyway, I refuse to give up on this Lore. It's going to be my 4th and final Lore. I got 3 from Girtablulus before the EP1 drop changes.

I came into this hunt thinking it'd be a cinch, goddamn was I wrong. Not a tough hunt by any means, just dragging on. Like this post.

Finally, after 3,966 Delsabers... got my Swordsman Lore. This is my first one to drop after the EP1 revamp, had 3 from EP4 previously. At least 80% of these kills were with some kind of drop boost, and even without, I literally tripled the original drop rate.

Fuck me. At least it's over, and as usual, I prevailed.

Hilarious in a sad, twisted way, that I got an Evil Curst to drop first. There goes my luck with my Oran Gibbles Psychowand hunt.
