These are the items offered in Claire's Deal 5, with translations. Below, I'll do my very best to translate what's required to obtain them. Ones we know are in bold, ones I did myself are in italics, and the JP name is beside it so someone who speaks the language can confirm. :3 Also, to the best of my ability, this is the order they should be given to Claire.

I heard seize launcher is VH viridia forest. No luck so far, but I'm finding lots of ??? launchers in the boxes after dragon in TTF.

Pretty much... I think I found soul edge in either some ma1x caves part or bluefull ma4x first two rooms, don't remember the details so didn't list. There're probably better methods anyways.
Draw mace I just randomly find them. They don't exist in shop AFAIK.

Theoretically you should be able to buy them, but you must be a low enough level that Clubs aren't appearing yet. The only things you can never buy in the shop are the top two special tiers of each special class; e.g. you can buy Draw and Drain weapons from the shop, but Fill and Gush weapons will never appear. It's also worth noting (although probably not relevant for Claire's Deal) that shop weapons never have three percentages, either.

I don't think Draw Mace is purchasable from the shop.

It seems that by the time Mace is offered, Draw is already unavailable, with the shop selling Drain weapons only.

That would explain why I never see Flame Cutters.

From the list above, I have seen Ice Swords in the shop when of a really low level (like, under level 10 or 20, don't remember), and I'm pretty sure I've seen it dropped by N Dragon, so it's probably obtainable in N Caves as well. But most of my CD weapons that aren't bought in the store are ??? weapons that I tekked up or down using the tekker. Thank goodness you only need the correct category on tekkables, you don't need to rely on getting the exact weapon all the time.

Well if you find a Dark Sword (for example), you can't tekk it down to Dim Sword, you can only go one in either direction.

TP/Resurrection is a JPBB item, so there is no official translation of its text. The typo was made by whomever created your unitxt file, not Sega.

Draw weapons are found in VH Caves, along with Maces aplenty, so I guarantee if you look long enough you'll find one!
And also, anything that applies to Caves applies to Crater E/W/S as well.
