Changing Normal account to Hardcore

I made a Account without realizing it was set to normal. Can a mid change it, that would be great. It would be a nice feature as well to change types with the cost of wiping your character of course.

If there's no characters or items on the accounts (including bank) sure, otherwise I have to delete everything on the account before converting it. If you still want to convert it, just PM me the account name and e-mail address associated with the account. Thanks.
