I figured since Arch made his own hunting thread it’d be helpful for me if I had my own. If someone feels this is redundant then my apologies and hopefully you at least got a cheap chuckle out of the name. As for why I need help... you’ll see.

So my current hunts are as follows:
Glide Divine [2]
Psycho Wand [1]

I’d like to hopefully find two Glide Divines so I can make Mercurius at some point, though I plan to keep the first one I get because I suck at debuffs and hopefully the extra range will make them a little more useful so I’ll actually remember to do them.

So I’ve done some hunting for the Psycho Wand before this and found several Mil Lillies but not a single one of them has dropped an item. And as for Glide Divine I started just this morning and got a few Photon Drops and a Yamato. Of course the reason I say having this topic will help me is because my dumb ass was looking at the drop charts for a different server and so I was hunting the wrong enemy entirely for Glide Divine. I was going for Sand Rappies on V Hard when I should’ve been hunting Satellite Lizards on Ult. So hopefully if I do something stupid again someone’ll help keep my ass in line. Anyways if you see the party name Tsun Hunts or something like that you’ll know it’s me and what I’m doing.

Well, spent a few hours hunting tonight and we've got some good news, some bad news, and more good news. I met up with @Archvile @Ade and met Cheddarino (dunno if he's on the forums or who he is on here) and we decided to hunt in War of Limits #2 because it has a TON of Satellite Lizards which are our prey. We ran it a fair few times and I got a Photon Crystal an armor called Thirteenth I think it was (gave it to Cheddarino because he said he was looking for it) and some gun, don't remember what it was called but I think I already had a ton of them. After a while Arch had to go do something for about 20 minutes so @KatawaFriendo joined us for a run. But all was not right, there was the smell of broken dreams and betrayal in the air. On that run it finally happened. The Glide Divine dropped... and Rem kept it. Unrelated but I found a leaked recording of Katawafriendo

After that run was over she left and Arch rejoined and we continued as normal but Ade remembered he had a Glide Divine. Now I normally wouldn't take it because I wanted to actually hunt for the thing but after the revelation that my best friend in PSO is a sneke with limbs I graciously accepted. However I told him I still wanted to hunt one more to make a Mercurius Rod and so we did one more run before I decided I was tired and wanted to head to bed. So one Glide Divine down, one more to go.

Thinking I might also look for a Resta merge to help with my support capabilities

Did a bit more hunting today. I decided to try going for a Resta Merge after all and so I added Amplifier of Resta and Recovery Barrier to my list. Ran a little in the morning trying to get a AoR to drop from a box in Hard Ruins but no such luck. Arch told me there’s a story quest in Ruins with roughly a million boxes so I’ll have to unlock those on Hard next time I feel like making progress towards that.

I also went hunting with Ade in Ep 4 for Glide Divine. We decided rather than do a quest, because I’d invited someone who hadn’t shown up yet, we’d just do a regular run of Subterranean Desert. Fun fact, outside of quests with a full party I’ve never played Ep 4 on Ult so... that was rough. I gotta give all the credit in the world to Ade because there’s no way in hell I’d have cleared the area all on my own. I could barely hurt the enemies with my strongest spells and so all I could do to help was buff, debuff and heal but I felt so overwhelmed I wasn’t even effective at that. Overall I played like I’d just picked up a controller for the first time. ;-;

My humbling experience aside though the boss dropped a Heavenly/Ability and I got a Photon Drop and a Heavenly/Luck. So I did get some stuff

We weren’t really calling things. I just told everyone what I was looking for and kinda assumed everyone realized that meant if it dropped it was mine, after all when I’d helped other people hunt for a specific item there was an understanding that if that item dropped it went to whoever was hunting it. Which means Rem taking the GD was totally my bad for not speaking up, I just felt like joking around when I posted about it. As for Thirteen I gave it away because the guy mentioned he wanted one but there was no prior agreement that we give it to him if it dropped. Though it’s totally fine to call something if I get a drop you’ve been looking for.

nice point, to support newcomers i wouldnt mind to give a glide away but harder drops like 502, sjs and such stuff shouldnt be called (probably would leave such games xd). gonna though to call it cuz of pso2 drops and people can just leave. only 1 time i was jelly and this was pre? pso2 drops when hit redsword was called and actually dropped, forgot how much it had but i would have the same demand for it as the huney that it actually has been given to (never been a fan of that,very lucky about pso2 drops)

Oh my bad then. Rem is a good friend so I wanted it to be as clear as possible I was joking. I figured the FE clip (FYI this clip has been memed to hell and back because “Hi Betrayal, I’m Dad”) and the fact I spelled snake as sneke would be pretty clear but I guess I could’ve been clearer.

Did another Sub Desert Run or Glide Divine. Still no luck on that front but I got a PD and two L&K14 Combats. I must say though I'm really enjoying this hunt. Perhaps Sub Desert doesn't have the most Satellite Lizards but I feel like running it is making me a better Fo. Before it felt really awkward to cast debuffs before attacking anything but now it feels unnatural to NOT do that. Because I can't really do much DPS I'm forced to focus on being pure support which is kinda how I wanted to play in the first place, so even if I don't get the Glide Divine I'm getting valuable experience. Anyways will run more soon~

your foney can deal tons of damage in ep4 first debuff and then demons or nuke em to hell (if you solo you might even not to debuff if you keep em in stunlock...)

That 200 damage with my most powerful level 30 techs on my 150 Mind Mat character with a 145 mind mag begs to differ. Meanwhile everyone else does 800 - 1000 per hit

i swear i saw you with a GD this week, but I've been high as shit every time i played this week so idk

Ade gave him a GD the first day he began hunting the weapon but he wants a 2nd one to make mercurius rod AND keep a GD.

OH, lol. cause tbh what i was going to do was offer to trade his for the one i found cause the one i found during our hunt has 35%hit and I only want a GD to make another Mercurius Rod, and that's too good of one to sac for that.

That's fine with me. Mine has 20% hit so that's an upgrade.

It's certainly been a while since I've updated but I've got quite a bit since then. Due to the season I'd actually put off my Glide Divine hunt a while back, most of the Sub Desert runs I'd done had actually been to get a Yas9K for @KatawaFriendo since I knew she wanted one. I also managed to track down a 30 Hit Vivienne for @Archvile. Tis the season of giving and all that~

After I'd finished all that I started running Christmas Fiasco with Ayomi and Vera (dunno if they're on the forums) and managed to find two item tickets, a Toy Hammer, Cat Ears, Devil/Tech and a Bringers Right Arm which I turned into a Bringers Rifle which is probably my new favorite gun (as someone who practically never plays my RA.) I bought a Heart of Devil with one of the tickets because I figured Devil Wings would look cute on Tsun but as for the other I gave it to Ayomi because I knew she wanted a tail which takes 2 Heart of Devils. So while I bought a Heart of Devil and gave away my other ticket the thing I most wanted to get out of this event was a Dreamcast Mag which takes 5 tickets. I didn't expect to get that many but turns out other people were feeling the Christmas spirit. Arch found a Kit of Mark 3 and gave it to me, another person named Shiki gave me a ticket and then another person named Jack gave me three when he heard I needed three more tickets to get that Mag. I offered to give him PDs for them but he refused and told me they were a gift. He earned his spot on my list of favorites on Ephinea (he was already on there but god damn.) So now I have the five cells of Dreamcast and just need to consider what character do I want to have the Mag and what stats to put on it.

So all in all it's been a good Christmas for me.

More hunting progress has been made! During the New Years Super Boost I helped @Archvile do some SJS hunting and in return he helped me look for a Recovery Barrier and a Glide Divine. It took a few runs to get the Recovery Barrier, emotions boiled over, someone got PKed by way of Megid, but we got it! I combined it with the Amplifier of Resta I got a while back with the help of Ayomi and Verathyn and now my Resta range is sufficient to annoy Dark Flow users, which I fully intend to do.

As for Glide Divine however it too me and Arch but a single run of War of Limits #2 for it to appear. So we warped back to town and began calculating how to get a Brave Hammer on account of the fact it seems to be Blueful exclusive when I just found one in my bank. @Harborer of Hope must’ve given me one forever ago and I just forgot. Since my Sec ID used to be Whitil I already had Caduceus and I bought a Kings Striker a while back so I speedran Claire’s Deal 5 and turned the four staves into a Mercurius Rod.

So with the exception of a Psycho Wand that’s all my hunts done right? Well it would’ve been... but while Arch and I were hunting Glide Divine I mentioned needing better equipment for my Racaseal and he floated the name Black Hound Cuirass. The way he said it implied that even though it has the most DFP of any Frame it’s not what you want on a Racaseal? But my Racaseal is based off of Edna from Tales of Zestiria who is a massive tank so screw it, doing it!
