Badge Shop Glitch? 2nd Anniversary Event

4 Silver badges....cannot buy HP mat that costs 2???

I've fixed the issue, the quest was looking for 5 Silver Badges (probably the price from last year) and required you to have at least that much. TP Material was the same.

Still would have cost 2, but you know.

My bad, looks like I forgot to put the quest on both Auldrant and Lumireis, it'll be updated.
